  • What is your deposit policy?
    Your credit card will be charged a 50% deposit after you complete the booking process. The remaining balance will be processed on the date of your arrival and be charged to the credit card you have provided to us. Please contact us beforehand if you plan on using a different credit card to pay your final balance.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Your 50% deposit is fully refundable up to 14 days before your arrival date. Cancelling a reservation thereafter will result in the loss of your deposit payment. Conversely, All Suites Whitney Manor reserves the right to cancel your booking, in the rare event of extreme circumstances, with a minimum of 14 days notice with a full refund of your deposit.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Canadian residents also have the option of paying via Interac e-Transfer.
  • What taxes/fees do you charge?
    In addition to the 13% HST, there is a Municipal Accommodation Tax (MAT) of 5%. This fee has been made mandatory by the municipality and helps supports Kingston’s ongoing sales, marketing, and destination development efforts. A 3.4% fee is applied to any credit card transaction made through the website.
  • What time is check-in and check-out?
    Guests are free to check-in any time after 4 PM Check-out time is 11 AM As a self-catered accommodation, we do not have staff on-premises 24 hours a day. If a staff member is not present upon your arrival, we ask that you use our self-check-in service. Once inside our main entrance, look to your immediate left and open the envelope addressed to you. It contains your suite’s unique keyless entry code, along with all the appropriate information you need to get settled in. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to use the phone in the lobby to contact us.
  • Do you accept pets?
    Yes, we welcome pets at All Suites Whitney Manor! Guests are required to follow a few standard policies: pets must not disturb other guests, must remain on a leash while on the property, and owners are responsible for any damage caused. We charge a $25 additional cleaning fee per night for pets. To ensure your pet's comfort, we provide a water and food bowl, treats, and waste bags during your stay. If you have any questions about bringing your pet, feel free to contact us.
  • Do you allow smoking in the guest rooms?
    All Suites Whitney Manor is a non-smoking inn. A charge of $250 will be applied to the credit card of the registered guest should deep cleaning be required due to occupants smoking in the room. There is a designated smoking area outside located beside the overflow parking lot, where you will find a small table and chairs set up, along with a smoking receptacle.
  • Do you offer housekeeping?
    We do not provide housekeeping services for stays of under a week (except for towel and garbage/recycling removal). Extra linens and towels can be provided by our cleaning staff at your request. Although depending on the size of your party and the length of your stay, you may also prefer to use the washer and dryer in your own suite.
